Unfuntunately, I get 'Access is denied' (while trying to copy to bin2), even while file permissions for administrator and system are 'Full control'. BTW, just icacls natusb.dll /T does not give any permissions, this only seems to work for entire folders.
Saw a few articles say there is a bug with the ACL not reading properly to know that even tho Domain Admins has access, it doesn't read that I'm logged in WITH MY DA ACCOUNT. The fix was to logon with local admin and add in the individual user. Problem is, that was to fix on a general file server and obviously I can't log on with 'local admin' on a domain controller.Add yourself to the Domains 'Administrators' group? That would be 'local admin' on the DC, IIRC.BTW, who is the current owner? The worst problems I've ever had with permissions issues were always when TrustedInstaller was the owner. Can you run chkdsk on the DCs? And reboot them one at a time? Just to make sure you don't have literal corruption of that replicated folder? Also, have you tried browsing with an elevated Explorer window and going to the SYSVOL location using the UNC path for each DC name then sysvol?
